We were proud to open our new state-of-the-art veterinary medical facility in May 2007. Our hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and provides a wide range of specialty, critical care, and emergency services. Our veterinary services and medical equipment mirror what you would find at a human medical center and brings together a team of specialists equipped like no other in Northern California. We offer a team approach to veterinary medicine where emergency veterinarians and board-certified specialist work together to provide the most advanced care possible for every patient utilizing the newest diagnostic equipment and therapeutic techniques. You are welcome to visit your pet each day that he/she remains in the hospital. We ask that you respect our visitation policy so we can ensure that your pet, as well as her other patients, received the proper attention they deserve.

Hospital Dispensary & Prescription Refills
The staff of our Hospital Dispensary is available to re/fill prescriptions prescribed by our doctors during the following times:
Monday-Friday 8 AM-8PM
Prescriptions may be picked up from our hospital during the following times:
Monday-Friday 6 AM-11 PM
Saturday 7 AM-11 PM
Please note all prescription refill requests submitted will be reviewed, and processed within 48 hours of receipt. Also, your pet's regular Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center veterinarian must approve prescription refill requests, except in emergency situations.
